Mr McKechnie Conducted full day retreats for two individual teams experiencing a reorganization process within our department. Executive management had concerns that the employees would resist the change. Some employees had served in their previous capacity for years.
With Mr McKechnie’s inspiration and guidance our reorganization process could not have had a better start. Mr McKechnie’s efforts resulted in a very uplifting experience, not just for the employees, but for management also. He put smiles on employees faces, motivated the group to work as a team and made everyone feel good about the change. Department leaders spoke about their intentions to improve their management style. As we begin our new adventure, staff is enthused, motivated and willing.
